Objetivo This part of the ABNT 15221 establishes the mlnlmum conditions required for plant-applied three-Iayer polypropylene coating applied to the externai surface of steel pipes to be used in buried or submerged pipelines, under fresh or sea water, operating at temperatures between - 20 °C and 110 °C.NOTE: The three-Iayer polypropylene coating consists of a fusion bonded epoxy primer, an extruded propylene copolymer adhesive, and an extruded polypropylene outer layer.
